BASD is proud to compete in a number of dance competitions each year. Dancers are able to compete individually, in duets/trios and in groups. All ages are encouraged to participate in competitions as it builds performance technique and is highly rewarding on a personal level too. Some of the competitions we compete in include SA Dance School Champs, DanceStar, American Dance Awards, SADTA Competitions, and Artisticulta.
