BASD is thrilled to announce that we are now an official facilitator of the RAD Silver Swans ballet programme - we are the only studio in South Africa! This class is specifically for women and men above the age of 55. We follow the official RAD Silver Swan syllabus, which focuses on ballet technique while improving balance, flexibility, and strength in a gentle but challenging way. No previous dance experience is necessary.
